Shipping policy

Orders usually take 2-6 business days to process and fulfill. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping by our staff in Violins and Such, backed by TEO Musical Instruments, London, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping for certain products and bundles is free. All other shipping rates are calculated automatically by the shipping carrier for your specified address. The speed of the delivery solely depends on the postal service. 

We are shipping to Canada and the USA exclusively. Prices are calculated by carrier services automatically, and these are just proximate values.

  • Standard shipping within Canada is FREE on purchases over 199.00 CAD. 
    • Standard shipping $99.00 and up (3 to 9 business days) - Free
    • Standard shipping $0.00–$98.99 (3 to 9 business days) - $29.00
    • Express shipping 2 kg–5 kg (1 to 2 business days) - $79.00

    • Express shipping 0 kg–2 kg (1 to 2 business days) - $49.00

  • Standard shipping within the continental USA is FREE on purchases over 199.00 USD. 
    • Standard shipping $149.00 and up (4 to 10 business days) - Free
    • Standard shipping $0.00–$148.99 (4 to 10 business days) - $34.99
    • Express shipping 1.5 kg–5 kg (2 to 4 business days) - $149.99

    • Express shipping 0 kg–1.5 kg (2 to 4 business days) - $45.99

Some parcels that are bigger and heavier than 5 kg, like cellos, cello cases, and double basses, will be calculated and arranged separately for freight shipping.

Free in-store pick-ups are available for all online orders and will be ready for pickup once a "ready for pick-up" confirmation email is sent out.

  • Orders outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes. 
  • We can not be responsible for local, municipal, or federal taxes, customs fees, customs brokerage, and duties applied to shipments outside Canada.
