Albert Nebel CL601 Cello is a Guarneri model, an intermediate-level instrument.

The tone on these instruments is brilliant and rounded, with rich overtones and powerful projection.

Professionally shop-adjusted and set up at our own TEO Musical Instruments workshop, with an adequate solid maple bridge and fitted soundpost;

Excellent quality carved German solid spruce top, with solid, well-flamed maple bent sides, carved back and neck.

  • Warm Golden-Maroon colour, antiqued shaded, hand-applied spirit varnish (Slight colour variation possible through hand varnishing).
  • Hand-made, with inlaid purfling and ebony fingerboard.
  • Available in 4/4 size.
  • Designed, developed by Luthier Albert Nebel, and produced in China.
  • Strings: Jargar Medium A- and D-, Jargar Forte G- and C-strings.
  • Tailpiece: Black composite Wittner with 4 integrated fine-tuners.
  • Pegs: Ebony, French style.
  • Endpin: Steel/Carbon Fibre rod with rubber tip.
