Stentor Conservatoire 1586 Cello Outfit is a better beginner-level instrument with a bow and playing essentials in a lightweight hard case.

The tone on these instruments is dark and textured, with moderate projection.

Professionally shop-adjusted and set up at our own TEO Musical Instruments workshop, with an adequate solid maple bridge and fitted soundpost.

  • Excellent quality carved solid spruce top, with solid maple bent sides, carved back and neck.
  • Golden brown colour, gloss varnished (Slight colour variation possible through hand varnishing).
  • Hand-made, with inlaid purfling and ebony fingerboard.
  • Available in 4/4 size.
  • Designed and developed in ENGLAND, produced in CHINA.
  • Strings: Red Label Super-Sensitive Strings.
  • Tailpiece: Black alloy with 4 integrated fine-tuners.
  • Pegs: Ebony, French-style.
  • Endpin: Steel rod with rubber tip.
  • Bow: Very good quality solid wood brown octagonal bow with an ebony frog.
