Pirastro Permanent Strings have a single filament steel core for A- and D- with chrome-steel wound and carbon-steel rope core for G-and C with Tungsten wound.

Sound is defined as very brilliant and bright for A- and D-, and as complex and warm for G- and C- strings, with powerful projection.

  • The Standard Set is in medium tension, and there are heavy variations for G- and C- strings for intensive projection and response.
All strings have a ball-end; Available in 4/4 size.
Strings are sold in sets or individually.
Hand-made in GERMANY.
