Pirastro Flexocor strings have a high-tensile carbon-steel rope core wounded with chrome-steel.

Sound is defined as warm and rich, with short sustain and moderate projection.

  • Suitable for Arco playing.
  • All strings have a ball-end.
The ORCHESTRA set contains the following strings: G-, D-, A- and E-, available in 3/4, 5/4 (Extra long), 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/10-1/16 sizes in Medium tension. Additional strings are: E-(extended 2.1 m) and B5-string.
The SOLO set contains the following strings: A-, E-, B- and F#-, available in 3/4. Additional strings are: C-(high) and C#- strings.
Strings are sold in sets or individually.
