Pirastro Chromcor strings have a single filament steel core.

Sound is defined very bright and clear for A- and D-, and as brilliant and textured for G- and C- strings, with a moderate response.

  • All strings have a ball-end.
  • The standard set contains the following strings:
    • A-, D-, G- and C-, all Carbon-steel wound on Steel core.
Available in 4/4, 3/4 (fits also 1/2), and 1/4 (fits also 1/8) sizes.
Strings are sold in sets or individually.
Hand-made in GERMANY.
