Wilhelm Klier VA702 Viola is a Stradivari model, a better intermediate-level instrument.

The tone on these instruments is warm and rounded, with very intensive projection.

Professionally shop-adjusted and set up at our own TEO Musical Instruments workshop, with adequate solid *** maple bridge and fitted soundpost.

Excellent quality carved German solid spruce top, with solid, well-flamed maple bent sides, carved back and neck.

  • Warm Golden colour with amber tones, antiqued shaded, hand-applied spirit varnish (Slight colour variation possible through hand varnishing).
  • Hand-made, with inlaid purfling and ebony fingerboard.
  • Available in 16" size.
  • Designed and developed by Luthier Wilhelm Klier in Germany, and produced in China. 
  • Strings: Thomastik Dominant Strings.
  • Tailpiece: Black composite Wittner with 4 integrated fine-tuners, or Ebony French style with boxwood accent and A-string fine tuner.
  • Pegs: Ebony with a golden accent, French style.
  • Chinrest: Ebony, Guarneri style.
