Thomastik-Infeld Dominant strings have a Perlon synthetic core.
Sound is defined as warm and clear, with powerful projection.

A-, D-, and G-strings have a ball-end, while E- strings have, depending on the model, a removable ball-end, ball-end or loop-end.

  • There are 3 standard 135 (bright with depth sound) sets, Light, Medium and Strong containing the variations of the following strings, respectively:
    • E-aluminum/carbon-steel (ball or loop), A-, D-aluminum/synthetic, and G-silver/synthetic; 
  • There are 3 standard 135B (bright with loud sound) sets, Light, Medium and Strong containing the variations of the following strings, respectively:
    • E-plain steel (removable ball), A-, D-aluminum/synthetic, and G-silver/synthetic.
  • Variations are:
    • The E-strings are coated with tin with the removable ball for warmer and wider sound, in medium tension and removable ball.

    • The D-strings are coated with silver for a stronger and more brilliant sound, in medium tension.

Available all in 4/4 size, medium sets and individual strings in 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 sizes.
Strings are sold in sets or individually.
