Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Soloist Strings have a single filament steel core for A- and D- with chrome-steel wound and carbon-steel rope core for G-and C with Tungsten wound.

Sound is defined as very brilliant and textured for A- and D-, and as complex and warm for G- and C- strings, with very intensive projection.
