Traditional MELOS Rosins for violas are hand-made in Greece, with high-quality Pine tree resin, without any chemical additives. Every batch is made in small amounts and only upon order, making them the freshest products on the market.

  • Melos Viola DARK is Medium-Hard, amber-coloured rosin, for a warm and full tone. Suitable for gut and synthetic core on Violin strings. Moulded in the standard 30g size. Mounted on a silk wrapping cloth, with recognizable pine tree print, in a convenient reusable pouch. For temperate to colder climates.
  • Melos Viola BAROQUE is Medium hardness, dark amber-coloured rosin, for a warm and projected tone. Suitable for gut core on Violin strings. Moulded in the standard 30g size cake. Mounted on a silk wrapping cloth, with recognizable pine tree print,  in a convenient reusable pouch. For colder climates.
