Pirastro Obligato strings have a modern synthetic multifilament core.

Sound is defined as powerful, very brilliant and textured.

  • All strings have a ball-end and have 3 different tensions, Light, Medium and Strong.
  • A- steel strings have a removable ball-end.
  • There are 2 sets, Light and Medium, containing the variations of the following strings, respectively:
    • A-Chrome/Steel, D- and G-silver, C- Tungsten/silver.
Available in 15"-16" size (37 cm vibrating string length).
Strings are sold in sets or individually.
