Thomastik-Infeld Belcanto Gold strings have a Steel spiral rope and solid carbon-steel core. Wounding is with multi alloy steel without nickel, for players with nickel sensitive skins.

Sound is defined as warm and complex, with rich overtones and powerful projection.
